Quizzes that mean something
A mix of short-answer and multiple choice. The AI grades short-answers for understanding, not exact wording, so a passing grade means they could handle a real customer conversation.
Progress at a glance
See where everyone is, sorted by store, by category, by tier. Easy to spot the new hire who still hasn't touched Footwear.
